End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Hands-Off Futures is operated by SmartKøb DK, Haralds Have 13, 6720 Fanø, Denmark (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@handsofffutures.com. This EULA governs your use of the Hands-Off Futures TradingView scripts and related materials.

1. Licence

For the duration of your paid access period we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the invite-only scripts Open, Range, Cross, Channel and Band on your own TradingView account, and to use their alerts to trade your own accounts (including your own prop-firm accounts).

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• share your access, let others use your TradingView account for the scripts, or resell or sublicense access;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer, recreate or publish the scripts or their logic;
• redistribute our alert messages, guides, sizing material or Discord content, or trade signals derived from them for third parties (e.g. signal groups or copy services for other people).

3. Open-source add-ons

The Hands-Off Futures Signal Bridge and Trade Copier for NinjaTrader are provided free of charge, as is, without warranty or support, under the open-source terms included with them. This EULA’s restrictions do not apply to them.

4. Ownership

The scripts, texts, graphics and brand remain our property. No rights are transferred except the licence above.

5. No warranty

The scripts are provided “as is”. We do not warrant any trading result or uninterrupted availability. All performance figures are hypothetical. See the risk disclosure in our Terms of Service.

6. Termination

The licence ends automatically when your access period ends, or immediately if you breach this EULA. On termination your script access is removed.

7. Law

Danish law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
