Hands-Off Futures is operated by SmartKøb DK, Haralds Have 13, 6720 Fanø, Denmark (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@handsofffutures.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Data we process

• Purchase data from Whop: name, e-mail address, country, plan and purchase dates. We do not receive your full card details – payments are handled by Whop.
• TradingView username you enter at checkout, to grant and remove script access.
• Discord data: username, user ID and the messages you post in our server.
• Support data: what you send us in support requests.

2. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• Providing access, support and the service you bought – performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Bookkeeping and tax – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Preventing misuse (e.g. shared access) and improving our service – legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Recipients

We share data only as needed with: Whop (payments, memberships, checkout), TradingView (your username is added to the scripts’ access lists), Discord (community), and – if you use our support channel – an AI support assistant provided by Anthropic that processes your support message to draft an answer. Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the USA); transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention

We keep purchase data as long as required by Danish bookkeeping law (currently 5 years). Your TradingView username is removed from access lists when your access ends and deleted from our records within 12 months after your last access period, unless needed for a dispute.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to support@handsofffutures.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).

6. Cookies

Our store runs on Whop; Whop’s cookie and privacy policy applies to the store and checkout pages.
