Terms of Service
Hands-Off Futures · SmartKøb DK · Effective 12 October 2026
Hands-Off Futures is operated by SmartKøb DK, Haralds Have 13, 6720 Fanø, Denmark (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@handsofffutures.com.
These Terms apply to every purchase of Hands-Off Futures access through Whop and to the use of our scripts, guides, add-ons and Discord server. By completing checkout you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and EULA.
1. What you buy
A time-limited licence to use five invite-only TradingView strategy scripts (Open, Range, Cross, Channel, Band), access to our private Discord server with setup guides, risk-sizing examples and the forward-test log, and our free NinjaTrader add-ons. The scope of each plan is described on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. Price, payment and term
- All plans are one-time payments for a fixed period (30, 90, 180 or 365 days). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Payment is processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax/VAT where applicable. Whop’s own terms apply to the payment.
- Access ends automatically at the end of the purchased period. You may buy a new period at any time.
3. Delivery of access
- At checkout you must enter your exact TradingView username. We add script access by hand, normally within 24 hours. Access to the TradingView scripts expires at the end of your period.
- You need your own paid TradingView plan with real-time CME data and, if you automate, your own execution platform (e.g. NinjaTrader, CrossTrade, PickMyTrade, TradersPost) and broker or prop-firm account. These are not part of our service.
- Discord access is granted through Whop’s Discord integration and is removed when your period ends.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
You receive digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase. By completing checkout you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(13)). See also our Refund Policy.
5. No financial advice – risk disclosure
- Nothing we provide is financial, investment or trading advice. Our strategies are tools, not recommendations, and we do not know your financial situation.
- All backtest and sizing figures are hypothetical. They are created with hindsight and do not reflect real fills, slippage, fees, latency, data differences or the psychological impact of live trading. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
- Execution delay and slippage: automated execution via webhook alerts (e.g. through NinjaTrader, CrossTrade, PickMyTrade or TradersPost) involves a short delay between the signal and the order at your broker. Live fills can therefore differ from the chart and from the backtest (slippage). This slippage, and any order that is delayed, rejected or not executed, is your responsibility.
- You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, for executing trades correctly on your own accounts and for following the rules of your broker or prop firm (including rules on automation, hedging and copy trading).
6. Third-party platforms
Our execution guides are suggestions only. We do not provide support for, and are not responsible for, third-party platforms or services such as TradingView, NinjaTrader, CrossTrade, PickMyTrade, TradersPost, Discord, brokers or prop firms, including their availability, rule changes, pricing or errors.
7. Your obligations
- Access is personal. Do not share, resell, sublicense or publish our scripts, alert messages, guides or Discord content.
- Do not attempt to copy, decompile or reverse engineer the scripts.
- Follow our Discord server rules.
We may suspend or end access without refund if you breach these obligations.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, pause or retire strategies, guides or features, for example when market conditions, data or platform rules change. If a platform change (for example a TradingView policy change) makes it impossible to continue providing script access, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your period.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failed or erroneous order execution, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current access period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet). Please contact us first – most issues can be solved quickly.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version accepted at checkout applies to that purchase.
